4. SOCIAL PORTALS
4.1. The Website contains ” plug – ins” for external social networking sites . The use of plug-ins is voluntary.
4.2. Using the plug -in sends data ( information about the IP address and browser ID ) to the external social networking site whose plug- in was used.
4.3. By using the plug-in , you consent to the transfer of data to an external social networking site.
4.4. The Administrator has profiles on social networking sites ( hereinafter referred to as ” Profiles ” ).
4.5. The Administrator processes the data of people visiting its Profiles , such as: comments, posts, opinions, online identifiers and usernames.
4.6. Data described in section 4.5. above , are collected for the purpose of:
a. enabling users to be active on Profiles,
b. maintaining online accounts and using them to communicate information about the Administrator’s activities;
c. marketing, including advertising;
d. provision of services to Users.
4.7. In order to enable the Administrator to contact the user of the social networking site , the Administrator processes information regarding persons contacting him via instant messengers , in particular the name and surname , user name , content of correspondence ( messages , threads ) . Messages are not stored by the Administrator in any place other than the Profile ‘s inbox. The content of correspondence and contact information is processed for the time necessary to resolve the user ‘s matter.
4.8. In order to improve the quality of services , the Administrator processes statistical information regarding the use of its Profiles and for this purpose uses statistical tools provided by the social networking site.
4.9. The administrator processes personal data in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in facilitating the use of services , improving the quality and functionality of the services provided , and the processing of this data does not violate the rights and freedoms of users – who are aware of conducting statistical activities and sharing their results to improve services in accordance with their needs.
4.10. The time of availability of statistical data is determined by the social networking site.
4.11. Due to the specificity of social networking sites , information about people following Profiles , as well as the content of comments , opinions, posts and other information provided by Users are public . Information provided solely for the information of the Administrator is not disclosed to other entities.
4.12. Social networking sites may use cookies other than those listed in point 2.8 . this Cookies Policy, in particular files enabling logging in and delivering advertisements corresponding to the preferences of the Users of the social networking site . 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1.
